The Honorable Teresa J. Waldrop presides over the 312th Judicial District of Harris Court Texas Family Court and is located on 201 Caroline 16th Floor Houston, Texas 77002. Judge Teresa J. Waldrop took the bench on January 3rd 2023 defeating the incumbent judge in the democratic primary and then her republican opponent in the general election. Her associate Judge is the Honorable Treasea Trevno. Dawn Hutchings is the Court Coordinator. Judge Teresa J. Waldrop was a regular in the family law courts in Harris County along with her associate Judge Trevino, prior to taking the bench. The Court Coordinator has worked in the 312th as long as I can remember, but as a clerk and not as the Court Coordinator for which she assumed that role on January 3rd 2023. The Court will be publishing its rules and procedures in due order, check back often for updates as I appear in the Court and report the speed and efficiency of Judge Waldrop.
