Option A: Pro Se Fixed-Fee Services (Judgments under $50,000)

These packages are designed for clients who want document preparation and guidance for a pro se (self-represented) filing.

All pro se packages require a $100 consultation fee prior to engagement.

Domestication of Foreign Judgment (Document Prep Only) – $999

Includes:

• Document preparation for filing
• Instructions for pro se submission
• Organized packet for court submission

Writ of Garnishment (One Bank Account) – $999

Includes:

• Registered agent search
• Constable service verification
• Writ drafting
• Notice of filing
• Exemption notice
• Proposed judgment

Hybrid Representation (Attorney of Record)

This option is for clients who want the firm to appear as attorney of record for enforcement activity.
Retainer amounts below are minimums and may increase depending on scope and complexity.

• Judgments under $250,000 — $7,500 retainer
• $250,000 to $500,000 — $10,000 retainer
• $500,001 to $1,000,000 — $15,000 retainer
• $1,000,001 to $2,000,000 — $20,000 retainer
• $2,000,001 to $3,000,000 — $25,000 retainer
• $3,000,001 to $4,000,000 — $30,000 retainer
• $4,000,001 to $5,000,000 — $35,000 retainer
• Over $5,000,000 — $40,000+ retainer (incremental increases may apply)

Hourly Domestication Services

Sister State Judgments

Hourly representation starts at:

• $1,000 retainer for Harris County or surrounding counties
• $2,500 retainer for other counties in Texas

Foreign Country Judgments

International judgment domestication requires a custom quote.
Consultations for international judgments begin at $250 per session.

Judgments Over $50,000: Contingency Option

For qualifying matters, the firm may offer a contingency contract for judgments over $50,000.
The contingency structure is one-third (1/3) of the amount collected plus costs.

Availability depends on collectability, debtor profile, and enforcement strategy.

Fees, Trust Accounting, and Consultation Policies

• Pro se fixed-fee packages require a $100 consultation fee prior to engagement.
• Retainers must be paid in advance.
• Unused retainer balances will be held in trust and refunded upon written request after conclusion of the matter, less earned fees.
